Review: Ferati's Car Care Ctr LLC

AVOID!! Cars are crap & they dont stand behind them. Said they safety inspected car & changed oil but didn't. Cost an 8 quart oil change & took an hour to get wheels off, to find it needed a brake job. After this my daughter was driving it and lost control in a corner because the steering column dropped. The locking mechanism wasn't even there!! This was shortly after 30 days & said they aren't responsible. The car was never road worthy or safe to drive, but Edmond doesn't give a Sh*t. I have filed with Geicos legal department, will be filing with motor vehicle and suing them. Guess I should have known when they were talking about another customer and having to call police! i had the exact same issue with ferati's car care. bought a truck for $4,000.00 and the tranny was bad as well as the inspection never done, oil never changed, had no blinkers, back up lights, no anti freeze in the month of december and it cost $2,000.00 to even put it on the road. feratis is refusing my calls but i work for an attorney and we are within thirty days for the tranny and all other repairs with reciepts to prove all. just filed a case in court and will fight to get them reported to motor vehicle and irs for fraud on documents do not buy from these losers

these people are unbelieveable do not buy a car here--my truck once i got it home had no antifreeze in december, a bad tranny, not passable by inspection, no blinkers, no horn, no back up lights, cost $2,000.00 to even put it on the road a month later stay away from this place

Mike, thanks for your honest feedback. I was in the process of purchasing two vehicles from Ferati's; however, your comments have made me reconsider.

I purchased 3 cars from these guys with very low cost and i was very happy, I will always do business with this guys.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Ferati's and I absolute love it. They are a very friendly customer service oriented business. I too will always purchase my vehicles from Ferati's

I noticed that these guys advertise on Craigslist, which is first of all a bad sign because legitimate car dealerships rarely do this and it already makes me doubt them. Secondly, they put the listings I've seen of theirs under the private owner category instead of the category dealerships are supposed to use. They take the pictures of their cars in what looks like a commuter lot so you can't see what their place looks like. They don't have a secretary answering phones so when you call you get a voicemail left by some woman and it sounds like a private person and if they want to ignore you by screening calls they could. They never say in the ad that they are a dealership and if you call them they will only tell you if you ask specifically. I haven't been to this place but I can tell you already it's shady and I will be avoiding it.

These guys are scammers now working ebay advertise as no reserve but as car approaches end of auction they use multiple accounts to bid car up if it doesn't hit what they want they win car with one of these accounts.If you want to check this out see who the winning bidder is you'll see the same bidder wins multiple cars then car reappears on a new ebay auction from same Ferati's either under same seller or a different one linked to them.If they were legitimate they would not be practicing deceptive practices. I'm sure some of the positives on this site are their own.

i recently bought a truck from them I love my truck but it had a cracked frame and when I called them all they said was it was sold as is and there is nothing they can do about it well guess what there is I can take them to small claims court which I am going to do.It is against the law to sell a vehicle for the amount I paid that isnt safe for the road.When I first called Tim he said to email him pictures which I did and then he said he couldnt open them so I sent them to his cellphone and then he wouldnt answer his phone and whenever I called the business his brother would say he want there.

Dear John. Why you don't get to the point. You are a local dealer and your business is not doing well so what next " let's right bad for Feratis " it's free.... You and your friends on the top can't do nothing by bad advertisement. Every one knows Feratis . It's the most successful business. Get over with this get your business going and stop worrying about others. They doing just fine. P.S it's funny how can find out who's what. Sale your own dusty cars. Stop worrying about others.
