So Jerry wants the people to believe that a bunch of drugs stolen out of police custody wasn't done by the police?
Shall we start a pool on who we think stole it?
They (DP) know who took it, they all made a profit from the sales to pot heads around town!!
I want in on the pool... I am picking....D_____

This entire thing is so ridiculous...Of course it was an inside job. The DPD also know who took it. The fact that they do not have enough evidence does not mean they didn't do it. It means there is a lack of evidence. How could it have been an outside person anyway? What they got some power tools and broke the lock open under the noses of the DPD and they saw nothing? hmm.. What person would be stupid enough to steal from the police Dept anyway. This is pretty unheard of even on america's dumbest criminals. Plus think about it, How would an 'outside' person even know what is in there and where it is? They really want us to believe this crap?
If they ever did prove that it was an outside person doesn't this just say that the DPD has their head up their azzes anyway if they can't even keep their own evidence? Someone is not doing their job and that is the obvious fact. |

Typical of Dracut, just sweep it under the rug and hope everyone forgets. Now, even with scientific proof of who did it, we're still going to keep it a secret? It really makes you wonder which townies the crooked cop(s) is realted to. Catching the person who did this is NOT enough. All of those who helped or knew about it and kept quiet should be punished, too. And the feds should investigate why Martha Coakley's office took all this time to "investigate" and turned up absolutely nothing, no evidence, no info, no criminal charges against anyone. It's just business as usual at town hall.

Jerry Flynn would tell you the Titanic did not sink if someone was paying him to say it.
jerry flynn should undergo a lie detector test to see where all that union money is going and being used for. Also, the 6 year statute of limitations can be tolled if the officer lived outside of the state for a period of time. perhaps the feds have a few tricks up their sleeve on this one too.
jerry, you take and try to pass the lie detector test. |
You mean to tell me they're conducting this witch hunt to create an appearance of transparency? I would love to hear why they are so certain it was an inside job. Morale must be just spectacular over there!

"Now, even with scientific proof of who did it, we're still going to keep it a secret?"
Hey Draconian, your knowledge of science and evidence is...well...draconian. There is nothing scientific about a polygraph, at least not to the extent that any court in this country will call it evidence. You rube. |
And I thought Draconian's comment was the dumbest one in the lot...until I read "Up In Smokes." You take the crown. After reading that harried, circular rant three times, I still can't tell what evidence there is to support your big theory. What scares the shat out of me is that idiots like you can vote and sit on a jury. Try cutting the prosac in half before you type next time.

It was in an external trailer...very well could have been some whacked out dealer. Granted they were not too diligent about securing it...who knows what options the budget allowed for. But it's appalling to me that people would be so quick to jump on the hysteria bandwagon. Please tell me there's someone out there with some better sense that just hasn't written yet.

Does this mean that the convictions will be overturned due to lack of evidence? I got a great Idea, lets get a Pool going for the biggest Scumbag, Jerry Flynn or Paul Georges. Whinner (yes thats spelled correct) take all !

Only one of nine police officers who took polygraph tests in connection with missing drugs from an evidence trailer behind the former police station was shown to be “deceptive” in some responses, officials said yesterday.
Is it a coincidence that Donavan is Now announcing he is retiring? hmmm So who is this officier that is being decptive that means he did it. Go get him boys! |

the way the DPD handles evidence if I was convicted of anything around 2003 I would be asking for a new trial, as for the the DPD using Jerry Flynn as there spokesman and defender it only helps the states case you should not have someone who has his own troubles with telling the truth defending you

It sounds like the Police Dept is doing the best job possible to bring the officer who stole these drugs to justice. Typical Flynn the crook always has something negative to say. A cop stole the drugs and made $$, it is illegal and he should be found and charged.

It was the ghost of Officer Doherty

Talk about a harried response..I never said i had a theory or evidence. What are you smoking?(i mean you did have to read it 3 times to get it) Read it again. I was stating the obvious.Like who the hell would believe what Jerry or the DPD has to say on this matter. Do you think we are sheep? So far no evidence has been produced to support that 'an outside person' took it either. And now we have a 'deceptive' officer and you start posting this shizz...hmmm coincidence? I think not.You must be a person in the know with something to (help) hide. |

Lets all hope that this is not just some half hearted effort to make us all feel good. Lets hope that it is not a "Dog and Pony Show" or "Smoke and Mirrors" to bamboozle the public.
Someone should be going to jail over this one..... |

Ha ha ha, you must know Gerry well! |
