The cell phone provider will have a record of the actual text message for about 6 months. If there is a question as to the content of the text, it can be obtained by the police.

There is no way you can just blame Romano for being a poor teacher. Look at the rest of the school. There were maybe 4 good teachers in that high school and I could probably list 20 teachers that were push-overs and gave out easy grades. I am at a pretty good school now and can tell you that I am not prepared as well as the rest of the students at my school. I didn't even know Business classes existed at THS and wish I had the chance to at least learn something relevant to my major at THS.
I am not saying Romano was a great teacher or he didn't do something wrong but don't call him out on being a bad teacher because there is more to it than that. Blame administration, this town's tax payers, or the school system as a whole.

there was a fight between a prominent family girl athlete and her boyfriend. she was supposed to meet the teacher to pick up something. the boyfriend saw the text and used it to try to 'get"
her by showing it to some adult in the school. that;s why no charges and teacher was just fed up
