Joy's Glendive Service

My truck was towed to Joy's Glendive Service, we waited for 4 days, no parts were ordered, rearend was taken out and apart and was fine, day 6 machine shop built drive shaft, and Joy's refused to put in rearend and drive shaft, wanting me to wait 45 days for Western Star to ship one, day 7 Glen assured me truck would be in the shop and rearend put back in so drive shaft could be installed by my truck driver. Day 9, no rear end in truck, rear end destroyed by Joy's. This rear end is 8 months old and cost 1600.00. I had to pay 1757.82 for a 20 mile tow and his shop hours=4. This is gouging and illegal. I have paid 450.00 for hotel bills for driver, 350.00 for car rental for driver, 9 days of wages for driver, 200.00 for drive shaft also. I had a tow company from Mile City go to Joy's to pick up my truck to fix, paid the bill and Glen refused to let the tow company pick up my truck. I called Highway Patrol and Sheriff's Department, both of whom wanted to help me against the piracy and the county attorney sided with Joy's. This is holding interstate freight hostage and it's illegal. Do Not Take Anything to Joy's Glendive Service as he is a criminal and I won't stop until I get my money back and everyone knows how he conducts business. Also I am a woman and I think that he thought he could gouge me worse and I wouldn't know it. His business license is expired and he refused to provide proof of Liability Insurance. Beware.

Listen, KGB, you're a "CRY-BABY!" I'm from Illinois also. The people from Montana are NOT from Illinois, and I'm happy about that! You don't realize how "down-to-earth" they are. Every year when I go up there, they are the BEST. Listen, if you post again on this board, tell them you're from Indiana!!! We've got enough BAD coverage with our governor!
