the students have to make a climb within the first week or two to make sure they can handle heights - this gentleman had a heart attack on the third level up, was taken down by the instructors, they and some CPR certified students attempted CPR, ambulance was there within minutes, but were not successful. no conspiracy, just a really sad situation as the gentleman was transitioning into a new career after being laid off from a previous job

Thanks Mom,

I wasn't suggesting a conspiracy, merely pointing out the inadequacy of the reporting. As you say, very sad.

Harlan you are an idiot. Do you really think you are going to wind school and never actually be asked to go on, inside and around a wind turbine?
The schools usually all have their own turbine on the premises. This was a tall one, one of the 300+ footers.. there sometimes are ones that are only 160 feet, but that is still a huge climb and a bad spot to have a heart attack.
I guess the writer didn't write thinking his readers would lack common sense.

See, you just proved my point. I learned lots more about this story from a slap-nut like you than I did from the original poorly written story. Again, I'm merely pointing out the inadequacy of the reporting. You could have ended your last sentence: "the writer didn't write, thinking."

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Scorpio

Let the past stay in the past for now. Even though you may have fond memories of intense experiences, the Virgo Moon sees to it that you have virtually no desire to go there again just yet. This is your opportunity to show others what you can do in a more civilised environment. Don't try to shout down someone who is rude enough to interrupt. As unlikely as it may seem, the softest voice has the biggest chance of being heard today.
