There is a lot more traffic on Poplar with Wal Mart on 46...move it along, you are causing unnecessary traffic slow downs!

hahaha Clinton, IN	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #9 Aug 19, 2012 Actually I live off poplar, on Keane, and it's 35 through there, past Terre Vista. I very rarely see anyone do the actual speed limit. They either go too fast, or you have the little old ladies in Lincoln's, Cadillacs, or Crown Victorias going 10 miles an hour!
