I been noticing something about women, it seems that most of them have never been taught the red flag system when it comes to men. There is a short series of rules one should go by when picking a man, more than one of these and you can bet hes a loser! 1)No JOB 2)No licences 3)No home lives with parents/relitives/friends There it is in a nut shell girls, ask questions first time you meet, and make sure its true before you become attached.

If he has no friends, or has a lot of loser friends. If he has had a long string of short term jobs.

Sounds pretty shallow. The women I have talked to only want to be loved. What good is a guy with a job, license and his own home if he is an arrogant ass wipe. Guys if you have all these and not a woman you are the loser.

The unmarried teenage girls wont listen since they dont care who cheats or abuses them. They simply fall in love with their first good lay and have his kids. Then take the poor babys diaper money and buy him more drugs

Maybe if they developed a lil personality they might get a woman. But here it sounds like a grown man worried about teenage girls. By nature teenagers do not make good choices. they are only thinking about the moment. What they need are good role models. BTW yes love does go along way. If you ever find someone who loves you for you and not your car of job you may realize that. Is that what you want your woman to say. Yeah I dont love him but he keeps the heat on. You will talk bad about about a woman who made bad choices, and at the same time you are intimidated by a woman who is smarter then you and has a better job. FYI , stop thinking of women as objects. I know hard to imagine a woman as an equal to a man. But that's the way it is in the real world. Stop thinking and acting like your father. Dont you wish your parents loved each other, instead of marrying for necessity.

Another pet peeve, mature men (50+) who think they are capable of catching and keeping a younger woman (20+). All this while passing by women their own age who are stable, dependable, and often financially independent. Look in the mirror fella's....you've aged right along with us women! Okay, maybe your hips didn't spread with childbirth, or gravity isn't pulling your chest into your knee's....but you are NOT "all that" to the point of acting childish! There's a good chance that being a sugar daddy isn't what it's all cracked up to be. While the cat's away....

There's a fine line between being materialistic and being able to recognize a man who is stable, dependable and able to support a family. Believe it or not, there are men who make a good income, want to marry and help raise their children, are kind, considerate and lovable. Love is great but it's a rough road when he's a loser.

LOVE is just a word unless its backed up by action, sure you dont have to have money to make it work, but you do have to work together and have goals and plans, they used to call it plans and dreams, but dreams turn into nightmares if your not both on the same page as far as your goals. Thier are perfectly happy people out there living off of one paycheck, money is not the only asset in a relationship, but why not screen your partners a bit more as far as stability.

Common Sense and lesson lady ya'll are right on. Stability and self respect should be two expected and required qualities in a man.

Give me a man who can fix the furnace, unplug the sink drain, hold a job and aim true at the toilet. He's a keeper.

Again sounds like you are jealous. You think because you work out and do your nails you are a womans dream. You even have a car, home and good income and the girls still wont give you the time of day. You my friend are the loser.

Maybe some of us are "all that." Maybe we get tired of the nagging that comes along with some "mature women." Maybe the problem with you getting a man isn't so much the man's fault.......

Thank you for saying "some" mature women. As far as an older guy gettin a younger woman,Im not a Spring chicken now, but I always did like my meat....I mean, men well seasoned, some females are just like that....but remember, no matter the age, we can all be straight BITCHES! And girls, the way to a mans heart is not through thier stomach, its straight through the cheast....they have no heart, got to get in thier pocket to find thier heart!
