"Laughable" seems to know a lot about West T gossip. I heard Mark was in on the gun theft along with a board member. This was found out because of a fire at the storage place. Too bad there weren't cameras there like there are at the gas station.

I believe Mr. Arnold is guilty. i enjoyed the video of him leaving court wearing his best plaid shirt and jeans. And walking with his fiance. That was the best. If she only knew all the bar skanks he went home with while she was at work on the night shift. Of course he was home by the time she did. that poor girl has all the gifts given to her from mark that was given to him by Trailer trash bar whores. Good luck being alone waiting for mark to get out of jail and being ichy.

I think we all need to take a step back and look at the whole , While he may or may not be guilty that is not any of ours to judge,,,,what concerns me is how mean words and slurs are hurting his children. They are the ones that are taking the brunt of what all the adults are saying , whos children are taking to school and repeating. I think we need to leave the harsh words and ill feelings in an adult place and think of them.
Further more ,,,,whom ever said he is the only one that got caught is telling the truth , not too long ago the current cheif was in hot water ,,,,or other officers. I think before the shoe drops alot of people will get caught in the cross fire.
Even nice, good people do stupid things...

Even nice, good people do stupid things... There is a difference between stupid things and outright theft. Theft needs to be punished. It seems like every controversial thread has that one asshole who posts something about how we all need to just shut up and stop judging. Why are these people on topix? Do we really think he will get the punishment that a regular guy would get? I don't. I do think he'll get a slap on the wrist & be asked to repay the $300 or whatever the amount is on the card.

Al Capone was quilty of many murders, but they could not pin them on him. They eventually locked him up for tax evasion. Mr. Arnold is probably quilty of a few things like the gun deal, but they can't pin it on him, so he gets busted for petty theft. If they caught him doing that, they are watching waaaay too close to not be looking for something else.

You obviously live in a small hole and have no idea about what really goes on. The fact that these incidents have finally come to light shows that the county is attempting to clean up their act and get rid of the people that have taken advantage of this county. Mark is a nice guy. Anyone who knows him understands this, however, he made some very poor decisions that he will now have to face the consequences. Exoneration will not happen, you can take that to the bank. If pictures are worth a thousand words, then the videos will speak for themselves.
I don't quite know what part-time prosecutor has to do with anything. What cases have been botched? Seems to me like people are being held accountable nowadays. Who are the "heavy hitters" that you speak of? Do tell...
