I agree why are we paying him so much, even more than our past City Manager. The city is crying we have no money, cutting services and programs, raising fees, laying off city workers, and asking all city workers to take a pay cut and then saying we will still be in this budget crisis for a few more years and will need to cut more in coming years, but you agreed to pay him so much money and a BONUS..Lets get a realty check please.

Don't forget is LIFETIME PENSION at 70 - 100% of his salary. Again, you need to multiply what he makes by 1.7 or 2x..add his medical and dental and THAT is his TOTAL COMPENSATION...so this guy is making over $400k EASY. Public employee unions purposely hide behind "salary" when they know the true "total compensation" number would outrage taxpayers. And don't forget about his 84 days off a year. Nice Suit !!
