Illinois no stranger when it comes to bank failures

Regarding the statement:“As I see it, we're now in the cleanup phase for the banking industry," FDIC Chairwoman Sheila Bair. The first cleanup has to be made within the FDIC. They were perfectly aware of many of the illegal activity of the banking system that brought us into the recession.
I personally wrote several letters to such an institution with massive exhibits proving fraud and collusion of a particular Illinois bank. The exhibits were so strong and obvious, that a prestigious lawyer accepted to work for contingency in a RICO suit.
The FDIC were not only worthless so the OCC, but unwilling even to give a logic response. These institutions proved to me that they work in the interest of the corrupt banking system, even in cases of crime.

Why should Illinois be any different than the rest of the states! Irresponsible people are everywhere!
