Watch out for The Credit Bureau of San Luis Obispo & Santa Barbara Counties.
These people will play with your credit report, they don't care as they have no feelings for your credit or even if the credit isn't yours, they just want their money.
Complain and complain, write to every agency, State and Federal government and report these people in.

Many collection companies do just that, destroy your credit report. There are many ways to go after them. One you have to monitor everything and take notes of everything done, report them their agency with the FTC and your Congress representative, have them make the report and send it to the State and Federal, this will go to the right place.
Again many things can be done, you have to speak your word and go after the agency. Especially the internet, a great place to blog the company online so people will be warned about the agency.

Yeah the San Luis Obispo (Grover Beach) Credit Bureau is rip off, they're commissioned based. They try to get as much as they can to get commissions especially when the economy is as bad as it is, they don't care, they just what their money so they can divide up the profits between them and their clients. It's all about greed with the San Luis Obispo Credit Bureau.
Watch out, they are really horrible, try to get away from them as far as you can and check your credit report often, they will mess it all up for you too.

One of you needs to call the FTC and/or the BBB, and tell them what's going on!

Quantum servicing corporation goes by different names, they also abuse there own clients, making up excuses to take more money from you then what you owe. Please be aware of them, they told my bankruptcy lawyer that they would take our house away, because of late payments on the house, and for each late payment which they state we have 6 they are charging over $3000.00. Who gets charged this much in late payments, mind you I only have 2 late payments. Because of illness I have to sell my house and in the process of that, since I put the house up for sale they have been abusing this.

I am having trouble with CB of San Luis Obispo clearing up inaccurate information they sent to the credit bureaus. My best advice is to file a complaint with the FTC under the Fair Credit Reporting Act as the FTC won't start an investigation until they have several complaints against a company.

I've got rip off my credit score got ruined by Bank of America. They charged me finance charge for service that I never ask or apply for. I paid around $180 to settled the problem, because I did not understand how to defend myself...and I closed my credit card account right away...but they did not report to credit bureau...and my credit score had ruined for the second times because the charge did not stop and continue accumulated. Now I get new information about my credit score (from Wamu) that my credit score down because I have late payment. For sure...I do not have any late payment..because I have only one credit card for my purchases..In order to know what is really happen I have to pay to get credit report. I feel that consumer can easily to get rip off by the system that we have to pay to check our credit report because something wrong we never done that effect our credit score. I did report to not receive any credit card offer to 1-800 number they provide to call. Question: is it possible that credit bureaus work together do something illegal with financial institutions to rip off consumer?

I think the credit bureaus do work with creditors to rip pff consumers. I have never had ANY late payments, but my scores are subprime. I think the bureaus do this so the creditors make more money.
