hey, it's worth a shot. I made the mistake of propositioning a cop on North 4th Street once. I should have known because nobody that hot offers "around the world" for $30. She was about to take me in when I mentioned that she couldn't prove intent. She hadn't taken my money and didn't know if I was buying sex or doing research for a paper. She told me the judge would determine that and I agreed, but reminded her that once I got my lawyer involved I could sue her for false arrest.

So we talked it out. I handed her the money and she was ready to arrest me. I explained that I could still be writing a paper and she couldn't prove anything until I went forward with the sex act.

So she gave in. She tried to arrest me when our clothes were off but I explained that public nudity was a minor misdemeanor and I'd be out in no time. So she waited.

By the time she had enough evidence to book me I was able to run off and she was tripping over her panties. Even if she got out of them she was too bowlegged to catch me.

I haven't called 911 for an in call appointment, but I might.
