I don't want to hear the Sheriff's "assumptions" about the case.

That's a laugh paco..........they SHOULD be shot when crossing borders illegally.(Excluding children of course) Our country is becoming the playground for all the criminals and simple-minded from Mexico and other countries south. No other country lets 3rd worlders border jump by the millions into their country. But our corrupt government has an agenda for letting the lawless into it's country to rob the American citizen blind.
