On September 30, 2009 at approximately 4:10 PM, a Late Model 4 door Grey Cadillac was traveling eastbound on State Route 58. The 4 door Grey Cadillac entered the Tucked Rd. off ramp, without slowing down to give the on coming traffic the right away. The Cadillac nearly collided with a SUV.
The SUV swerved to the left, and then to the right and almost collided with the Cadillac. The SUV came to a screeching stop and ended up on the opposite side of the road in the dirt.
The Grey Cadillac continued Southbound on Tucker Rd. without stopping and continued Eastbound on State Route 202, all the while driving hazardously close behind a lime green Prius. The Grey Cadillac continued and entered through the Gates of Bear Valley.
The Grey Cadillac license plate number is #5F2T037 with a Mark Christopher license plate holder. The vehicle also has an antenna on the roof and right rear window. There is a “Hydrocarbon” sticker on the back bumper.
