I was just sent this through a link and I’m delighted someone is looking into the issue. I'm very concerned about this repair shop in Bear Vally that you speak of since I have properties in Bear Valley(I guess you know that). Thanks for the www.opproducts.com address. You mentioned refurbishing the interiors of the vehicles, what about the mechanical part of the vehicle? Do you have information on that phase of the business? Please post so anyone interested will be advised on this matter. If you rather send the e-mail link, that is fine to.

Bloody hell! I doubt the BVSA is aware of this. What bloody idiot allowed this nature of business to operate in Bear Valley? Why the hell are we paying an assessment to reside in a private residential community, when a RV repair business is in service on a residential lot? I’ll be damned. I clicked on the link www.pproducts.com and low and behold if I didn’t come across a dealer in Tehachapi. The bloody idiot lives close by. How did this get passed our Field Reps? Were the Field Rep’s instructed to disregard the issue as it has been in the past? What is to become of Bear Valley? First, the country market advertising in those big bold green letters,“liquor sold here”. We all aware that the market carries liquor products. We disapproved of such advertising and where did it get us. We must look at that bloody sign. Bear Valley residents need to take a stand against these business owners who are taking us for granted.

Someone claiming to be his wife in the "Bear Valley Gated Welfare Community" forum states they are not repairing R.V.'s; That leads me to consider that they did not receive authorization from Bear Valley or any other entity for that matter to operate their business in Bear Valley. I agree with you, I don’t want that type of business operating inside the gate. I moved here because of the serene community not knowing that Bear Valley was becoming an industrial park. I’m worried that other business that will hurt the value of the homes will start up here in Bear Valley. Our beautiful community is becoming an industrial park.

Since the complaints started, I don’t look at 3 or 4 R.V.’s parked in front the house and hooked up to the side of the home where the plumbing is attached. The owner is still driving the R.V.’s to the property and parking them in and around the R.V. Repair facility on his property on Jacaranda. Hopefully that ends soon.

That person needs to run his business outside the gate. It is not right that some residents follow the rules and the Jacaranda RV repair person does what he pleases. Maybe because extra costs are involved to run a legitimate business outside the gate and this person figures he can pocket that money while he ruins it for his neighbors. I’m tired of the BVSA not enforcing the rules.

I doubt it, that repair place has been there for years and nothing has been done about it. BVSA is aware of what that guy is doing out there and the BVSA is ignoring the issue.

I find it interesting that the Bear Valley Springs residents are cited for the color of exterior paint not matching or having a shed on the property that doesn’t exactly match the exterior colors of their homes, or a sign that isn’t the correct color, but an owner on Jacaranda can have 6 or more huge RV’s parked on his property everyday, in plain site, in line for repairs and the Field Reps haven’t noticed them? What does that tell you? The RV repair shop on Jacaranda must have clients at the BVSA and CSD. How could the Field Reps fail to notice that RV parking lot? On the other hand, are the Reps told to ignore the site? In addition, somebody claiming to be his wife denies that there is a RV repair business at the Jacaranda RV site. Let me tell you something, I see those RV’s come and go and no way in hell are those RV’s owned by people just visiting.

I find it interesting that the community leaders of Bear Valley Springs would let this type of business continue in their gated community. Don't you guys pay alot of money to keep it nice?
