how come they dont make atv trail rides for familys at the kirkmans cove. It will get more people to go there with familys and friends. Also, it will add more things u can do at the lake list for family fun and draw people to are hometown to see this nice town. i think it would be a good idea and i would be will to help make it and i know i could some more people to help to. We all have family's that would love to have fun with there family's out there. enjoy the ride and enjoy the outdoors.

The city council has nothing to do with kirkmans cove it is owned by nrd. Who would want to camp out there or fish or swim or have kids play ect, with atvs racing around all over the place. Good luck getting nrd to go for that. Just the insurance for something like that would have to be a huge cost. Let alone someone to stay out there and monitor all the atvs.
Atv park sounds like a good idea but they have tried and it failed. There was a atv park south of town at miles ranch and it went belly up because no one used it. Last I knew miles ranch was for sale check into buying it and reopening the atv park there.

Those of you that can not enjoy God's green earth without exhaust fumes need to check your heads. Pretty pathetic you feel the need to trample a place that the rest of us already appreciate without children's toys to prop up our egos. In addition, the constant abuse of alcohol by those same lowlifes puts good people at risk. Not a chance.

Let's destroy Kirkman's Cove with noisy, smelly ATVs! The fact that we live in a very sparcely populated area with all kinds of room for this activity doesn't matter! We want to swim after sweating up a storm and being covered in dirt!

We camp and fish there alot during the summer and enjoy the quiet. If we wanted to hear the noise of any kind of "racing around" we'd go to Eagle and sit at the track. That kind of sport needs to be away from where people go to relax and enjoy nature.

I hope and pray that you roll your toy and break your neck. If nothing else, the bees that would be spared would be worth more than your existence.
