Everything this guy vegas baby says is a lie. Cops in the Vegas valley are out of control and luv to shoot just to make a name for themselves. The do in fact look for people to shoot. Tasers are not enough. They want automatic rifles more than anything.
Proof? Look at all the killings over the past 10 years, then ask yourself who is the real Terrorist in this country.

Why not put the cops names in the topix posts and then notify national media. Maybe they can do something to get rid of him then.

In response to my earlier post. I went to court to see the judge on Thursday, but before that, my probation officer OFFICER TODD FREDLUND USPO had me arrested by the US Marshalls when I went into his office and taken to the courthouse to sit in jail for that day (remember this is for "Hear-Say" evidence on whether I had a drink or not). He took my personal property (cell phone, etc.)and told me that he would bring it over to the court house so that I could get it back after I was released. I never got my cell phone back upon my release from the jail, so I called my PO the next day and asked him why. He said he was out of the office for the weekend and couldn't give it back until Monday. I always thought that when you deprive someone of their property, that it was considered theft? I don't know, I could be wrong.

The victims and their families are too afraid to come forward. Who would believe them over "honorable" people in uniform?

More police abuse?. Could the police have handled it differently or is murder the only way to solve this latest case in Nevada?
LAS VEGAS (AP)-- Las Vegas police say they shot and killed a man last night who supposedly threatened officers with kitchen knives.
Police say the shooting happened when officers responded to a domestic violence call, a little after midnight at the residents home.
An officer fired twice, killing and taking the life of the 43-year-old man after police claimed he lunged toward an officer with a kitchen knife in each hand.
The woman who called police told investigators her boyfriend was bi-polar and had suicidal tendencies. Someone that needed special care and handling.
The officer who killed the resident is a six-year veteran of the department. He's on paid administrative leave -- and his name won't be released until Wednesday.

Out of control police who doesn’t know how to help the mental ?
Shoot first, then shoot again, and then when everyone is dead, try to ask a question or offer some sort of medical assistance to those who need it. Not in Las Vegas. Not in Henderson. You decide.
There was another story like this years ago in the Lakes, family called about son (Older teen?) with a history of mental problems. Police showed up, got control of situation/lost control of situation, son went back in house emerged with kitchen knife was shot dead in front of parents on their lawn. Just don't call the cops, I can't imagine what would have to happen for me to call them. If your burglarized they show up with no forensic team to look for/take fingerprints. Their attitude is "too bad, so sad - we don't care". Their only interest is in making themselves look like they are in control when they can instigate a conflict. Look at the attorney shot at traffic stop last week. I know the guy, don't believe the police comments espoused by the RJ, as usuaal it's not the whole story. Two phrases to remember: "do you have a warrant?" "I want an attorney!" Before you say anything else, & try not to do that.......

I have to disagree.
I feel like the very nature of the job that police have to do attract a certain type of people. People who were bullies in high school. Or, at the other end, people who got bullied or were unable to earn anyone's respect on their own merit. They think that having a badge and a gun makes them respectable. It doesn't. The profession also attracts sadists who simply enjoy having power over other people. Now of course I know that police are a necessary evil. I just think that we need a much, much stricter policy on who can become a member of law enforcement. One suggestion I have is that, when dealing with the public in any way, all cops should be required to activate a recording device. Because frankly, their word isn't worth anything. No audio record, no arrest.
Pat,Joe & Disgusted - Don't ever question or speak truth to authority! Poor disgusted you really are a sheep being led down the garden path!
When you are married to someone who breaks the law & gets caught you are treated as if you are the guilty party, even tho you had nothing to do with the crime -unfortunately just married to the criminal-.... Also what happened to 'innocent until proven guilty' certainly not the way your treated by cops here in Vegas. What ever happened to that Civilian

So, I've noticed that this is mostly an anti-police forum. I've heard stories about police corruption in the Las Vegas area, but never specifics.
Does anyone have any specific story that really shows that police are bad? I would love to hear it.
When I lived in Henderson in 2005 I will admit I was a bad girl. My saying in words that can't indict me was The dizzle is the bizzle that I put in my pizzle my nizzle. Just keep up ok. I had a house over on Republic and it was a well known house in my neighborhood. Lots of buisness in and out my front door. One day I get into a fight with some punk kid who lived behind me and me and my all my homies ran up over there to finish this little scuffle. The fight broke out in the street and cops were called and they hemmed us all up. Since I had a gash on my forehead that was bleeding really bad, the cops let my side of the little rumble go so we start walking back to my house were my house was surrounded by 4 cruiser. The remaining people in the house were handcuffed kicking it on the sidewalk. I walk up to my front door were I was told to proceed to my room and about 5 cops were in there. I left everything out to catch that dude we fought. Officer Queen and Sgt. Hampton say "What is all this" while pointing at my dresser. My dumbass remark was " I'm a non-profit organization i'm just trying to pay the bills" They say "Ok why don't you go get me a shopping bag." So I did, They took everything I had 2 oz. of dizzle 1 1/2 oz. of trees and everything you can use with those things. They walked out let all of us go and nothing ever came of it. That was the first time. After this happen again I called Internal affairs on their asses. I wasn't going to eat $2,000 everytime they got a hair up their ass. They would find everything and if I did get arrested it was change of address on a felon. On my birthday that year was the last time they bombrushed my house and came with a message. Sgt. Russo said he was back in town and was going to erradicate my business and be for warned I will be harassed if i'm seen walking around the neighborhood.
This all came about cause 5 of my clients who are related to each other decided not to mention that their step-brother was Henderson Narcotics, and half of the stuff they were buying was for his wife. So they got rid of me after they knew robbing me so many times i couldn't get back on my feet so quickly if I got to move. So there is your one story of some crooked ass cops. Want another??

I wonder how some cops can live with themselves.
You need to check the laws in your state.. By Texas law you were parked, it is considered standing.. Chicken $hit ticket in my opinion. I would check the law and then if applicable, fight it.

Another day in the life!! Went to see my public pretender today and he said the offer is 3 months in prison if the judge thinks I might have had a drink. I kept telling everyone that I haven't been drinking, but they have their own minds made up and I know it's only due to my political philosophy and not because I may or may not have had a drink. It seems that nowadays, your driving record can get you into as much trouble as being a bank robber or whatever. I'm not a felon, I've worked an honest job since I was 15 years old. I've never committed a violent or felony crime. I served ten years in the US Navy to speak my mind to whomever I wish about whatever I wish. I consider it my duty to speak out when I see corrupt government at work, not just a right. But it seems they want to silence me and my opinions, even though they probably know what I'm saying is true. My suggestion is "NEVER SPEAK YOUR MIND OR YOU MIGHT END UP IN PRISON" and then try to get a passport to move to a third world country that hasn't turned into a POLICE STATE.

well the lovelt public pretender told me for a brand new weed pipe never used just bought at the store, if I plead guilty they would give me 30 days in jail and a 500 dollar fine. If I'm getting that then is the smoke shops getting all those fines as well. That's what they do to you when you don't roll on the people they want

Just tellin it how i see it, especially when its right in front of my house, I understand their jobs and I understand that they just want to get home to their families, but here in vegas, where i currently reside, the cops are a waste of tax payers dollars, three cops killed in traffic accidents, because they wasn't rolling code(didn't have lights and sirens on) and driving at high rates of speed through town, 70+ miles per hour, one was in excess of 100 MPH, cops that shoot teenagers in the head when a taser could have been used, cops shooting lawyers when the gun was permitted tyo be carried and it was still in his pocket, Also thank you for serving the country, but you or other troops serving this country has no meaning on the corruption of the police in this country, There are still alot of good law enforcement officers but there are also alot of them that have decided to go to the darkside and make more on the side then they do on their paid position

This tells the story: Peace Officer is now Law ENFORCEMENT Officer...

Puts a whole new slant on things... Plus one might take a closer look at the laws being enforced...

Are cops paid a salary or by amount of bullets pumped into an already dead body ??? Ohhh I know... A salary an bullets are a bonus...

Call for backup... Some might call it MOB justice... One fires a round giving all others the signal to open fire...

Why do so many show up as backup ??? Could it be that all are having coffee an donuts at same place... Oh no, wait, it's cause mob justice works better an they can get home to their families safer an faster cause each can be the others witness that justice has been served...

Ever wonder why a good majority of today's kids are like they are... One might take a look at movies being watched, video games being played, and toys being sold...

Wanna save your kids??? Begin by teaching them just what politicians are all about... Might even let the young people about to join the military know just who and what they will be fighting for... It sure as hell ain't freedom...

The Tv series: "The Last Enemy" They say its fiction... Is it ???

Officer accused of seeking dates during traffic stops pleads guilty
Sun Archives
•Officer’s plan for guilty plea blocked by denial of sex allegations (11-5-2009)
•North Las Vegas officer arrested, accused of misconduct (12-23-2008)
A former North Las Vegas police officer pleaded guilty today in Clark County District Court to five gross misdemeanor counts stemming from misconduct over issuing traffic citations.
Prosecutors say James Vernon Clayton, 40, sought dates and sexual favors from women he stopped for traffic violations while on duty as a patrol officer.
Clayton pleaded guilty to three counts of attempted misconduct by public officer and two counts of oppression under color of office. Under the agreement, he could see as many as five years in jail – one year for each count – and could face monetary fines.
The allegations stem from Clayton’s alleged interactions with five adult women. He was arrested on Dec. 23, 2008, after a five-month investigation and was fired Jan. 28 after months of being on paid administrative leave.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on May 18.
Today’s court date followed a hearing last month during which Clayton attempted to plead guilty but wouldn’t admit to seeking sex in exchange for dismissing tickets. On Nov. 5, Judge James Bixler continued the hearing when Clayton wouldn’t admit culpability for his alleged actions.
In Nevada, a person pleading guilty must openly admit guilt and explain the circumstances of the crime. Clayton told the judge last month that he “never asked for any sex.”
Although the plea agreement was ultimately accepted today in district court, Clayton hesitated on several points as he walked through the document with the judge.
When Bixler inquired as to details outlined in the first count of attempted misconduct of a public officer, in which Clayton is charged with offering to get rid of a woman’s speeding citation in exchange for oral sex, Clayton paused.
“Is that true?” Bixler asked. After several seconds, Clayton said,“Yes, sir.”
Clayton is accused of asking women to go on dates with him, to expose their breasts or legs to him; and of threatening one woman with bogus charges if she refused to allow him to pat search her after he pulled her over. He was a uniformed officer carrying a firearm during the incidents cited by prosecutors, according to court documents.
As he was entering his plea, Clayton argued several points. Chief Deputy District Attorney Giancarlo Pesci at one point voiced his frustration with the proceedings and suggested the judge vacate the plea and set a trial date.
Prosecutors told the judge that Clayton had waived his right to appeal any “defects in the language” of the document in entering the agreement.
“You are pleading guilty to these five counts because in truth and fact you are guilty and for no other reasons? Is that true?” Bixler asked him before accepting the plea.
“I have more reasons than that, your honor,” Clayton said.
“Well, you can have more reasons, but the main reason is that you are actually guilty?” Bixler queried.“Yes, sir,” he said.
Clayton has remained out of custody after posting a $73,000 bond on Dec. 24.
The maximum sentence he could see is five years in the Clark County Detention Center and a fine, if the judge gives him a year on each count and runs the counts consecutively.
Clayton declined to comment after the hearing.

See. You all wanted more proof. Clark County NV is a dump, filled with ABUSIVE Terrorist cops.
