Two Tazewell County men arrested after brandishing a weapon, threatening law enforcement

I don't live far from Marty. Apparantly this Mikolic guy demanded that Marty give him drugs, when Marty said "get out of my yard" Mikolic removed a large stick from his truck! Marty then pulled a gun to defend himself! Later that day David Mikolic came back with the stick once more then ran from cops! Friends from Charleston and Tazewell alike tell me that this man is a child molester, a dishonored marine, a pill addict, and very abusive to everyone! Stay clear of this man at all cost! He is a felon and ignores the law buy carrying a multitude of weapons!!!!!

Where did this take place? I know Tazewell County but can you be more specific? Who is Marty? ty

That is not at all what happen and mikolic does not do drugs and his doctor can tell you that as for Marty don't know him will enough to say.I can tell you he loaned him money for a payment of some sort for a bill and went to get the money and Marty mother left the door unlock and ask him to go get him up and that's when thing got out of control.That is bullshit and slender and he has not been in any trouble for over 30 years so you had better get your fucking fact straight.Are i will open a can of warms you don't want.And it was honorable discharge to take care of family member dumb ass.felony is over thirty years old and wasn't even a gun

at marty and the second time he called mikolic phone which i took picture of at 1:13 want to talk they meet at the church and marty broke out a stick and hit mikolic on the side of the head and he has the black and blue marks to prove it.this site is for bullshit stick your nose ware it dosen't belong let these too figure this out he said she said isn't cool and just makes it wores for both and im sure you don't want brought into it.

After being arrested in this town this mans reputation is spreading! Who the hell brings a stick to a gun fight? He needs to be put back into the crazy house fast! What right does he have harassing Marty? Bullies! Never back down from a Bully ever! Someone needs to stand up to this man before he hurts someone else!

Who in their right mind would have some1 arrested for brandishing a firearm (if that is the truth!) and as soon as the accussed is realeaed the accuser goes back to their home??? Don't make any sense! From what I have read I have to agree with you Realdogtag, TV man is a bully and had to be asking for trouble to go back.

David had been hanging out at Marty's house for weeks. Sometimes when neither his wife or him were home. And from what they told me he was coming uninvited alot and was starting to freak them out. They have kids and Marty was only try to get him to leave his house after @ 2hrs of him being there uninvited. And yes it is true the mother let David in and she shouldn't have but she is trusting and he BS'd his way in. Didn't realize he had been harassing the family for weeks. I will tell you too when she got to meet with him the 2nd time she gave him a piece of her mind and threatened to beat him herself with the stick that had been brought. Get real protecting his family with a guy that was in his house uninvited. The gun wasn't even loaded. Protecting his family is all he was doing!

i really think if you talk to Marty he would tell you people to drop it if i have to say more it will make this worse and im not out to hurt anyone so once again just stop .ask Marty himself how much more dirt he once brought out i think he will say enough enough.He was told weeks ago to stay away from dave are their would be trouble should have listen.Family new there were problems then way didn't they fix them
