Hickory Spook Indicted

25-year-old Evadel Mabel Fuller of 3rd Avenue S.E. in Hickory was served an indictment yesterday by Hickory Police on a charge of felony larceny.

Fuller was initially arrested in April of last year by store security at Wal-Mart on Highway 70 S.E. in Hickory after allegedly attempting to leave the store with a buggy containing approximately 130 unbagged items, including diapers, batteries, toiletries, over-the-counter medications, clothing, childcare items and much more. Total value of the items was $1,170.

Fuller was taken before a Magistrate yesterday at H.P.D. where bond was set at $1,000, secured. She was scheduled to make an appearance in Superior Court today (February 10) in Newton.
