I was wondering if anyone had some information on an old friend of mine. She is from Shelbyville, Ky. She use to be a manager @ a Taco bell, and had a boyfriend named Frank. She moved to Niagara Falls, NY for a while in the late 90's and when she moved back we lost touch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
