Where is the Governor in all this? Has the County reviewed the possibility of the Governor suspending the decision thus avoiding expensive litigation? Didn't the Governor appoint these people.
Bigger question: Who is liable for the mistakes, pipeline costs?
Do these MD and Niagra decision makers have "bonds" to protect their BAD/Not in the public interest decisions?

If the county Commissioners are really serious in this then they must prohibit Bottled Drinking water from all of Lake County.

It seems preposterous that water for the purposes of drinking is ok if it comes from some other area of Florida, from the same aquifer, but not Lake County.

Have I missed something? There is no lack of bottled water on the shelves. There is no need for someone to come in and start pulling water from our aquifer whe we are being urged by the same government entity to conserve on water because supposedly Florida is running out. They need to make up their minds. Are we running out of water or not. I see no need for this company to be permitted to pull millions of gallons of water from our aquifer.

This is absolutely insane! How can anyone take St John's Water Management District seriously about water conservation after reading this? Charlie doesn't have time to deal with this, he's too busy following McSame around.

We think that the entire board of directors should be replaced. I also think a new rule should be put into place that only allows a director to server only one term of the 4 years.

it is quiet apparent that these directors are receiving something for themselves in order to make such a stupid vote. All the while DEMANDING that the citizens CONSERVE our water usage. While I do think we should conserve our water usage but I vehemently object to this decision to allow this company to operate anywhere in the state of FLORIDA Or any other Water Bottling Co
