Authorities said a bullet from a gun that was accidentally dropped injured a Tampa woman sitting in a bathroom stall.

Another good reason why the average citizen shouldn't have such a weapon, whether or not the individual has a permit or not. Carelessness is one of the leading causes of death by handguns.
