I ride a crotch rocket and if anyone knows anything about passion for something that’s potentially dangerous, you’ll understand that a person doesn’t do it to die, they do it because it’s something they enjoy whole heartily, much like sky diving, mountain climbing, flying aircrafts, racing cars, etc. I’ll ride a sport bike until I’m no longer physically able to do so and if I die in the process, so be it. I knew the risk before I ever mounted the damn thing. If you’re one of the shining pillars of the community that wish death upon me, here’s to hoping that I plow into the back of your $6,000 Kia hatchback with my uninsured death machine causing you to s*** yourself and since you’re probably uninsured just like most of Florida, I hope it puts you on the bus to your, now, new 2nd job in order to save up to buy a new Kia POS. And as an added bonus, as I’m making my way from your back windshield on through to the front one, I’ll try to shoot you the finger while grinning ear to ear knowing that I just made your life that much more miserable than it already was. But if you’re one of the respectable few who are saddened by Tomas De Jesus Jimenez’s demise and do not, in fact, resort to hoping that an individual meets his maker, I’ll give you the proper courtesy as I make my way down the roads.
To any person that wrote a negative comment bashing Mr. Jimenez without even knowing him, understand that he’ll never get to say his side of the story. God bless his family and loved ones for doing that for him. My heart goes out to not only those individuals but to the other riders and also to the couple in the car. I imagine they would rather have not been a part of any of that.
I was fortunate to rebound from my potentially deadly crash and not a single person came up to me and wished I had died. Want to know why? Because only cowards do that on message boards due to the fact that they never have to confront the person they so eagerly want off the roads. It’s also appropriate to know that going fast on a motorcycle doing 100+ mph in traffic automatically puts you in the “worthless piece of s***” category in your eyes. It’s only fair since I think the same thing about the people I see paying more attention to who they’re talking to on their phone, stuffing their face with whatever burger they just got at the drive-thru, or smacking their illegitimate kids in the back seat. Kudo’s to you for being in control of your car that can do roughly 10 times more damage than my piddly lil bike could ever do. We know the risk. Let us take it from there. You can’t blame us for not wanting to live in the same life-less cocoon that you’re so content with.
I don’t know why we’re wasting our time looking for intelligent life in the galaxy when we should try finding it here on Earth first.

Mr. Jimenez got what he deserved. I know his family and friends may be offended by my comment, but he brought his death upon himself by his own action. His careless action and total disregard for his fellow human beings surronding him lead to his demise.
Mr. Jimenez and all his other little buddies that drive these crotch rockets will all have thier time. I live in a home that backs up to the Turnpike. There is not an hour that goes by that you do not hear these idiots screaming up and down the turnpike well in excess of 100 mph.
There are time and places to drive fast and furious, but not on public roadways where you put others in danger. As this incident proves a motorcycle traveling at great speeds has enough energy to send a car into a spin and crashing into other vehicles and fixed objects.
So to all of you who fly down the road and sometimes on one wheel, please be sure to sign up as an "Organ Donor" so some good may come of you.
