I"m one who believe's in the bottle bill.
As one who moved from Long Island N.Y. it doe's really work.
The only bottle litter scene on the island street's anymore are those from bottled water and other non-carbonated beveraged.
We have only a nickel tax on the bootle's so you can just imagine what a dime would do.
It start's out slow but pick's up fast and before you know it everyone is doing it.
I myself save three to five hundred's a year.
When I started having my garbage picked up I had them recycle my can's and bottle's.
But it seem's they just though them in with the rest of the trash.
So why am I paying $3.00 for them to recycle?
Maybe these politician better get there act togeather.
