I may be relocating to Syracuse and was wondering if the Northside is a good place to live with children. What type of neighborhood is it? Is it a good place for a business, say a restaurant?

Do your research before moving to any area.

Make sure that you find out what the neighborhood is like in the morning, during the day, and at night.
