It's a tough time to start a business, in general, but businesses in downtown Syosset (where the original Chicken's is located) is having a particularly rough year. Two major restaurants have closed within the past few months, as have several other start-up businesses.
Although I am a strict vegetarian and, therefore, will never eat there, I wish Chicken's luck. It seems like a good, healthy concept. They need to join the Syosset Chamber of Commerce and get active in the community if they are going to make it, though. |
