Where does the money from this event go? The MLK programs for the school are presented by donation from the speakers, all the food, facilities, talent and entertainment for this event are donated for free. The organizers of this event are asking for donatiuons of time, money or talent, they are not a recognized corporation in The State of Texas, they are not a recognized not-for-profit-organization by the IRS. Are the financial reports from the previous two events open for public inspection, as required by law for any organization asking for donations of money or products, goods or services? Where was the money from this event used for the previous two years? I know the attendance of last years event and it was a substantial amount of money raised. Someone please call Mr. Amos and ask him these questions, he will not answer them for me.

I don't know. Maybe he lived far enough out of town and thought he was too good, so he didn't want to be associated with Roby??? I'm glad he did not say Longworth, because We would know better than that!!!

Daily Horoscope for December 21

Virgo

Love, laughter and entertainment are high on your agenda during the next four weeks, Virgo, as the Sun moves through Capricorn, your house of romance and creativity. It's a fantastic time to be your true self, without worrying that other people won't like you when you reveal who you truly are. One major benefit will be a freer expression of your creative talents, so don't be modest about them.
