Chatsworth High students face sentencing, trial in rape case

apparently ignorance comes in all shades. I never saw race mentioned anywhere in the article.

what race commits more rapes? My guess is that the numbers are probably pretty equal.
heck, i'd even check the stats except i don't really care

Geez, let's get away from the race issue for a moment, because I didn't get that from the article AT ALL as far as the ethnicities of the people involved! I re-read the whole thing...NOT ONE WORD!

The fact that someone of this age has the absolute callousness to do something like this is what is astounding. They all try to play Momma's Little Angel once they are about to be tried, but I say that if you can do something like that, let's put them in jail with the big boys!

AND, by the way, does anyone have a problem with these kids not being in school and hanging out DRINKING ALCOHOL in the first place? How come the parents don't know they are ditching school? Why did this girl get so wasted that she passed out? And even if she had that bad judgement, what is wrong with these children to take advantage of the situation like that, instead of taking care of her? There are a lot more serious issues at play here than the color of their skin, people!

Unfortunately that poor girl has now learned a valuable lesson about staying in school, drinking, and who her "friends" are.

And all to often white girls fantasize about having a fling with black guys and if she gets found out or turns up pregrant, she cries rape. Not to mention the recent news report about the numerous rich white women from the UK taking secret pleasure trips to Africa to have sex with African men. It got so bad the African goverment had to step in and issue a statement about how unsafe the practice was. Needless to say, they're still doing it. And I'm sure the African government's not hating the tourist dollars from it.
