Lincoln County Circuit Judge Thomas Branford also ordered her to stay away from her home and a seven-mile stretch of Yachats River Road for three years, beginning Aug. 31.
Well, Your Honor, here is a suggestion for creative sentencing and poetic justice:

feed her to the bears.

I'm from Mapleton and Florence (Oregon) and everyone feeds the bears. We've been feeding the bears for six/seven generations now. Not one single spot of trouble. It's better to feed them (they don't hibernate because of the mild climate) than to have hungry bears wandering around during the seasons when they can't find food (berries/fish/roots are dormant during the fall/winters on the coast). bj
