Phila. man charged in rape of disabled shopper

A Philadelphia man was arraigned yesterday on charges of rape and sexual assault in connection with an attack on a disabled man at the Paoli Acme last month, Tredyffrin Township police said.

It seems that my neighbor has some predetermined issues that COPS violate people's rights (not true). This case was done the right way by some fine people.

Cops DO violate peoples rights all the time.
