sell or keep doral warehouse & office?....need advice

I have a warehouse and office on 82 avenue and 58 street..brand new, that I am not using...It is listed for sale but I could rent it out or else...
any new developments , besides Centurygrand? what goes in the corner of 58th street and 107 avenue...pls help

I think that area is really starting to come around with all the developments. Just a bit north on the NW corner of 107th and there is townhome development going up with about 300 new homes. Even with the recent slowdown in the housing market, I think the Doral area will hold steady considering most of the new product going up there is homes/townhomes and not so much condos.
