Miami man dies in overnight Pembroke Pines car accident

Full story: South Florida Sun-Sentinel

A 22-year-old Miami man died following a two-car accident early this morning. Alfredo Belerra was in the right rear passenger seat of a 2008 Nissan heading west on Pines Boulevard near the 10800 block when a 2006 Nissan SUV struck from behind at about 3:40 a.m. Belerra's vehicle lost control and ran into a tree in the median.

Hey parents here is the law
FSS 316.16 (2) or (3)
(2) A person who holds a driver's license and who is under 17 years of age, when operating a motor vehicle after 11 p.m. and before 6 a.m., must be accompanied by a driver who holds a valid license to operate the type of vehicle being operated and is at least 21 years of age unless that person is driving directly to or from work.

(3) A person who holds a driver's license who is 17 years of age, when operating a motor vehicle after 1 a.m. and before 5 a.m., must be accompanied by a driver who holds a valid license to operate the type of vehicle being operated, and is at least 21 years of age unless that person is driving directly to or from work.

His parents were probably too tired because earlier in the day they were busy selecting new rims for their other SUV.

doesnt any one care taht a young man lost his life? May he rest in peace. and his family has my condolences. His being out at that hour and his age. isnt going to bring him back. Have respect.
