Yep, their customer service is the worst I've ever experience in a car dealership. I'll never purchase another vehicle from them nor will I ever take my car there for service.

They are crazy for letting this one go.

I still say if Chrysler goes belly up after getting my tax money, I should not have to finish paying for my Jeep! I call it even...But if I'm as much as 5 days late...I get call from Chrysler wanting to know where there money is...

I've been doing business with them for several years, and I found their service and parts depts. very helpful. Now, get me a deal of the new Hemi Challenger RS sitting in the showroom.
