If it's not affecting their grades, who gives a shit? So they can text a bomb threat. Big deal - they could go back to using home phones or pay phones when they skip school to make bomb threats.

Why the hell is there always someone that has to worry about the dumbest shit and make life just a tad more stressful for everyone else?
