Farmers hold off market for a week

I remember those yucky pink cellophane tomatos with no flavor but markets caught up and they're better now.

I think of these farm markets as:

1. Social
2. French type, fresh daily shopping ops
3. 100milediet goal (pressure off futures mkts, oil embargos)
4. Keep some of the "old knowledge" and ways
5. Insurance (a few local farmers with knowledge and location)(If you plant an apple tree from seed you have to wait...)
6. Resists "mark of beast" for a few people that don't have to SCAN hand at all the RFID scan-zone-points
7. For - religious freedom (don't receive mark of the beast or you will be tormented it says in bible.)
