Sad, isn't it.

Too bad the creeps, politicians and weirdos always get the excellent news coverage.

And, we must never be "cruel or unusual" to all these vicious murderers, rapists and crooked politicians.

Thanks to Rose Bird, the taxpayers of California supported this POC for almost 40 years. Liberals always favor the rights of prisoners over the rights of their victims. At least this one's off the dole now.

Our liberal unjust, social harmful system has not change thanks to our politicians. There are no rights for the victims and their families who suffer cruel and unusual punishment by these inhumane criminals.

I can still remember the headlines. I was so shocked and terrified! Those kids were my age. Maybe now the survivors can be at peace. Now that that monster is DEAD! And the family and secretary can R.I.P.

lol, i love how you idiots want to turn this into a liberal vs. conservative rant. ok fine i will gop there, even though i do not condone what frazier did. conservatives build the prisons. cheney's company halley-burton builds most, and wackenhut tends to administrate them. both are conservative run companies. they lock up non violent offenders with the violent ones. conservatives are the ones who designed and run the prisons. they call it department of corrections, but the behaviors are not corrected, the prisons are sort of schools to learn more criminal behavior. then when you get out, you have the word "felon" attached to you and nobody will hire you. this is what conservatives do. now liberals suggest rehabilitation while these people are incarcerated, and job training, psychological help, and classes designed to relieve stress. they recommend lowering the cost of the prison system by releasing non violent criminals who have served a substantial percentage of their time. so you cannot blame the liberals for the prison system, it is all the fault of the conservatives.

The average CDC Prisoner Lifers included require special handling and security measures being level 4 inmates.

Health care cost for a standard inmate is about 1,400 dollars a year. Unless the death row inmate at San Quinten needs a knee replacement surgery as that cost the state 65K for just him alone.

Richard Allen Davis received a new liver paid for by the state before he was executed.

The Average Soldier is less than 900.00 allotted to them.

It cost the state and the tax payers 56-72K a year to house people like this who took the life of 5 innocent people going about their daily lives.

A psychologist at San Quentin makes about 200K a year, he has Level 4 death row inmates, Mexican Mafia hit men, and shot callers do therapy. That therapy consist of the high risk transport taking them from the cells to a holding area where they can be house in small cages all facing the same direction and watch DVD movies for fun, he bills the state for this. Kind of hard to feel remorse when you are watching the latest greatest movies that we can afford to pay for.

It took this dirt bag more time to die than some of his victims were alive.

This is a disgrace to bring light to this looser and to have kept him alive for so long.

60K a year x 39 years. No wonder teachers are being laid off and we don't have books for the kids.

I wonder why he killed himself. Was it guilt? Probably not guilt, because he would have killed himself long time ago, not 30 years later. Was he being mistreated in prison? In unbearable pain? Teased? I hope so!
If there is anything that's important to discuss about this situation, it's what kind of car he might have driven if he was'nt in jail. And no I don't own or even like Priuses.

This is for Brian too. Frazier was not an eco-terrorist or an environmentalist, He was a severely mentally disturbed man (like Mullin and Kemper)who hurt other people because his mind was sick and had been sick for years. All three were scary loners - they didn't belong to any organizations espousing any sort of politics.(Except maybe Kemper who was a cop-groupie and a real law-and-order guy)

Dr. Ohta was my doctor. I personally knew six of the other victims and had met two of the murderers. Santa Cruz was a pretty small town in those days. All of that murderous time was a horrible tragedy for everyone involved. Frazier was "protecting" the enviroment and Frazier was "saving" us from earthquakes - in their delusional minds.

Please don't try to make anyone else responsible for their sick acts.

Thirty-nine years of tax money to keep this monster alive and let liberals sleep well at night. If anyone deserved execution this murder did. Why did he wait so long to do himsef? We will never know but it certainly was not remorse.

For all of you folks that love to promote the use of drugs. This man could have been your poster boy. His brain was destroyed by these safe and sane toys. Read the original stories about all of these guys. Mullin, the same thing. Many of us lived through this nightmare and it changed the way that we looked at strangers here in the Valley.

I remember reading about all of the warnings for young girls not to hitchhike and yet they did so anyway.(Kemper)

suggesting the legalizing of drugs does not necessarily mean that you mean to condone or promote their use, although i do like the occasional joint. the fact is more people die every year because drugs are illegal. that is why they made alcohol legal after a failed attempt at prohibition. prohibition fostered a gang environment, with gangsters fighting over alcohol turf, much the way they do over drug turf today. if drugs were legalized today, people would not die as often because of them.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Leo

If you ask someone to give you a hand today, don't be surprised if they make a mess of it. That's probably because their mind isn't on the job, but it might also be because your instructions aren't as clear as usual. So before you get angry, check that what you said made sense. Relations with someone older or more influential than you could also be blighted by confusion or doubt now.
