There are hundreds of people that pass in and out of those quicks rc doors....nearly all of the are nice and very satisfied with their purchases! So don't blame your bad experience of 30 dollar ok batterys on quicks rc!

P.S if you want awesome batteries visit One Hobbies and get a great deal on Turnegy batteries! You pay about 40 bucks for a 2500 mAh and guess what!? They explode on u! Suck on that Novice

I bought a kyosho bdx while I was deployed to iraq. Came home and took it there to have it looked at to figure out why it wouldn't start. The owner wanted to charge me $200 since I didn't buy it locally ( I bought it from amainhobbies.com and had it shipped to my house while I was gone), and also wanted to charge me another $200 to break in the engine. I went to one hobbies and come to find out after a free diagnosis quicks sold me bad fuel. After service like that I wont be back. The guys at one hobbies helped me get the buggy running and gave me some great advice all with out trying to suck my wallet dry.

His parter however is cool . I drive road cars, highly modded savage, and I fly both electric and gas planes, Blah Blah.. The owner thinks he is all knowing but Ive already said that..DICK!! Perhaps I will open a hobby place in Surprise, with good service and put this moron out... perhaps even hire Mr unemployed in GLENDALE.
I agree he is a dick and doesn't know shit bout nothing and makes you spend more money then you should he said it was fine to run a 9v battery with my stock brushed motor in my kyosho DB. I wanna start my own business to and put him out. Quicks your going down in the next year I promise you that!

First of all I would like to say a million thanks to the staff at quick's R/C extremly, helpful and knowledable staff and great customer service by far. Second any R/C hobby is going to be expensive this is not a hobby for people with limited income. All in all this is a great shop that I will continue doing business with as long as they are in business and I am in the hobby. By the way I live in north central phoenix and I drive all the way out there because there is service is of first class. Thanks

Quicks despite moving aint the official track of fear farm now lost it to azhobbies. I tho will by from quicks at his new store. If you go to azhobbies the store is a ghost town. Has barely anything in it. I walked in and walked out looked like a store that was going out of business in my opinion. The few people I do know who have bought from azhobbies. The date he said order would be here waited almost 2weeks for it. He said his suppliers are screwing him up by not being honest with what they have in westcoast warehouse. I think the owner who worked at hobbytown has same mentality of that hobbytown owner. Order just one time a week and make customers wait. Azhobbies sux. Don't shop there

this place sucks bear real nice to you but as soon as they have your money the friendliness goes away unless you're buying more parts for the car. this is how it worked for me, I bought a really expensive rc car and before the sale they were really happy trying to help me with my selection so I was really wowed by the customer service enough to decide that this is where I was gonna spend my money. so right before I went in to buy the car I called them just to make sure all was well and I should've gotten a hint of what was rrally going on by what happened next, they told me that they didn't have time to continue answering my questions and i needed to make up my mind. Now the reason i asked so many questions and continued to rely on them to speak with me is because wgen it all started the guys were very happy, smiley and seemes like they wanted to go on forever talking about my situation and what i wanted but now that i look hack i see that they were trying to reel me in but they gave up on me i guess, so i spent about 800$ within a few days and was promised parts in stock and when i called about them i was told they were hard to get and one day the manager wqs really rude to ke so i never went back. They will reel u in with Juans kindness but tyen once they get ur money they will s**t u out like some one who just ate rotten tacobell, i know thats grows but thats how i feel about this place.

It's hilarious because you live in CA. What person in CA would drive all the way to Suprise for an RC shop?

My first stop there and a very clean, well stocked store. The people are friendly and very helpful. A very large selection of parts and models for your every R/C needs. Also check out the custom work that your R/C cars/trucks need. If you need a custom paint job, you will find it here. Very Very COOL!

I've been to the shop a couple times with my husband and kids for parts. The owner is rude, unintelligent, and probably the worst at customer service, the word DICK comes to mind. In addition he charges a fee if the purchase is under a certain dollar amount which I believe is against his agreement as a card accepting merchant. Besides the one very nice man in the store it's not worth the prices and I would never refer anyone there! It's obvious his overhead is too high but if it was my business and I needed clientele I would be a whole lot nicer. I have yet to have a positive expirience and I've been in a few times. The store is very close to our home and when my husband is in a rush for parts we are forced to go in. If I had it my way we wouldn't return.

The customers with positive expiriencea must have been spending a good amount of money. Regardless of the financial stress, treat ALL your customers with some freaking respect!! Very one we talk to in the area has the same complaintI've been to the shop a couple times with my husband and kids for parts. There is a reason why you get items so cheap in a garage sale. If there were still parts, or the product was not out of date, the original owner wouldn't be selling it for nothing. finding obscure items or Walmart RC are hard to service and get parts for. Buy a real item if you REALLY want to enjoy the hobby. If I am serious about my golfing hobby, do i buy dog eared clubs from a thrift store and expect to compete against Tiger Woods?

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Pisces

There's a clash today between the past and the present. Someone wants to dwell nostalgically on the good old days but someone else is determined to forget all that and only concentrate on the here and now. The trouble is that neither side will want to concede to the other person's point of view, leading to bad feelings and upsets. If you are one of these people, try not to be too entrenched in your own opinions.
