You haven't answered any of the questions PRANK. So, you spend your days looking in jails and counting illegals? Do they simply have labels on them that say, "I am an illegal"? The question is, who's pockets does this money come from? The North Korea route is much less expensive as it does not require prisons, border patrol, city patrol, etc. You simply don't let people out or in.
