New Path Of Suncook River Causes Problems For Residents

“And it's going to continue because there's over 100,000 cubic yards of material -- and that's a low estimate -- the sand distributed downstream because of that avulsion”

After flooding in past years forced the Suncook River to change its course, some residents along the river said the new course made flooding this year more severe. via WMUR-TV Manchester

Since the flood last year and again this year i have had water in my basement, i have lived at my house on the short side of river road for over 20 years and never had water, now i know the problem. I would like the suncook river to go back to the way it was, something must be done, has to be done, this really a problem.Can't they have some people come and take a look at this and see what can be done?????
