Convicted sex offender accused of raping, kidnapping and robbing 2 Reno women

Yet two more reasons to leave sick SOB's like this convicted sex offender in prison for life. They never change and will continue to senselessly hurt others.

Okay, I have heard the sob stories about sex offenders really being eighteen year olds who got caught having sex with their sixteen, soon to be seventeen year old girlfriends, and so on. This guy put a stocking over his head, raped, stabbed and robbed a fellow student. There is no mitigating circumstance here. This guy is the poster child for the foolishness of letting violent criminals out of jail. This guy got three strikes on his first offense, and they let him out? So, what happens to the prison psychologist now? Oops? Got that one wrong? No raise for me this quarter? How about if they make a mistake THEY have to notify the next of kin, face-to-face. Maybe that would help in the decision making process. What if we counted the strikes within the crime. Rape, attempted murder and robbery, all at once, three strikes, you lose.
