Has anyone explained what a "liberal apologist" might be. An apologist, a term first used for some of the early Christians, were people who attempted to explain the teachings of the new Christian religion as the fulfillment of the classical past, the Greek and Roman myths.

Apologia is the term commonly used for a writing that attempts to show that it is not what some might think it to be, i.e. a defense, but a defense in other terms, so to speak, as in Cardinal Newman's Apologia pro Vita Sua.

What then might a liberal apologist be?

Yes, you certainly are a "redneck" and your comments, you can be thankful free speech is allowed, are really those of but one individual. Thank God others many others are tolerant. By the way, "Appologists" is not a word, it is possible a mispelling of the word "apologist".
