Arrest made in deadly Federal Way shooting

Police in Federal Way, Wash., have arrested a 20-year-old Auburn man for investigation of first-degree murder in the shooting death of a man outside an apartment complex.

Aliaxander has shot a dog and got away with it now he shot a human, who is he gonna get shot next? Your brother? your sister? your friend? where is the justice in the justice system? how can you let a person go who shoots another person in the back? thats not self defense thats MURDER.
