New visa may aid boy in teacher sex case

I am confused. Any underage illegal immigrant who has sex with an American adult can now get a Visa to be here legally? Or any illegal who has 'evidence' of an American crime can become a tattle tale and get a Visa?

Yep...it boils down to screw a teacher, get a visa..and also get one for your family too.

We have spent enough tax dollars on this kid and don't need to spend any more! They should have deported him and his family the second he was in trouble with the law. Deport them now!!! My tax dollars should be spent on US citizens not illegal alien trash from mexico.

what crime has been commited. Why should he and his family be given a visa?

This leads me to one question.

HOW MANY 16,17,18 OR OLDER BOYS ARE ATTENDING MIDDLE SCHOOL WITH OUR 11,& 12 YEAR OLD GIRLS????

It's not just middle school. I know of a 16 year old boy that attended an elementary school in Lexington a few years back.

Man you all really dont get it.... you all have NO idea how hard it is for the people in Mexico. you all dont kno what it is or how it feals for thousands of kids to go to sleep starving every single night. More than half of the population in Mexico is poor, having to work 8 to 9 hours EVERY DAY to just barly put food on the table for his/her kids that have ALSO been working everyday to help his/her mother and father make it through!
You all just really dont know how hard it is!!!
its not a walk in the park, its hard, its difficult knowing that you could never even have a chance to be a "somebody" in life... or even try and give your kids something you never had...
when your mexican and your little, you see how hard your parents worked and how hard it was for them to make it through, you remember all those nights your mother cried and all those nights your mother prayed for things to get better. And then you think about your father that had to work two jobs to pull through, every day and night workin and busting his ass of to sqeeze a dollar out of dime!
Did your family have to go through that, did you have to see your mother and father go through all that pain, dought it, but if so, you went i went through and you kno how it feals.... it hurts, it hurts bad......
But you know what hurts even worse??? that it wasnt their fault, they werent the ones who choose that kind of life or all the other immagrants living in the United States, they werent the ones who decided to be born in Mexico or any other immagrant place. i bet if it would of been up to my parents they would of choose a life in America!
But look, heres some advice for all you americans, you have a chance, you have a chance to be someone in life, you have a chance to make your parents and loved ones proud! Dont waste it, take advange of it... do something it. you dont have to worry about gettin deported or having discrimination because of your race.. we do...
look, just dont take the gift you have for granted, your lucky!!! not alot of people have it.
