DUI, No charges! Charles Howard needs to explain why it's okay to drink and drive. Then someone should look at all his case's and see if only anttorneys and lobbist get away with it. How many of us would get away with this? How many people die each year from drunk drivers on the road? Keep up the good work Charles Howard !
