Let's all agree that the best Church Complex for St. Francis of Assisi is the former OLMC Church Complex and be done. Until otherwise defended, the former ICC Church building is substandard and this new parish deserves the best to grow and move forward. The catholic church needs to attract new members and bring back those who have left, that should be by showing that they want to start out the new parish with the best and not allow small town politics and minds make the wrong decision.

Support the appeal, it is not only for the OLMC members, it is for the future of the Roman Catholic Religion in Nesquehoning!

There's a nasty rumor circulating that a state police car was stationed in town last weekend because some sort of demonstration was expected at St. Francis of Assisi Church. WHY would someone think such a thing would happen ? I hope this is just a rumor. If not it sure shows to what lengths and how rotten that little group is ! Anything to continue making the OLMC community look bad and as nothing but trouble makers. Is all that little group wants to do is make trouble. They'll attend mass every week and make themselves look holy and yet they continue to make trouble. Good Catholics ? In their demented minds I suppose.

It is not a rumor. It is a fact, We know who the person was that called the State Police and authorized over time since there were two officers on duty that day. Someone is getting to the bottom of it and then we will have the last laugh. Check out my next post

Well, we started the game playing and manipulating already!! Just read the bulletin on Line, You see all that time spent at the Rectory the “Lady “ Gets her way!! The same weekend of the arrival of Father Tony, There is a going away party for John after the 4:30 mass. Nice idea! But since he is not leaving until the 20th why not have a meet and greet with the new pastor. Well, because talk was that the Meet and Greet was to be the following day after 10:30 mass at the Madonna Hall. She is certainly up to something here. The elderly of the Parish could not attend. It would only be right to have it in NC. But they have the opportunity to meet and greet the priest and send John off with a nice party,(Which he does deserve) continuing to exclude us and make us look bad. This is nonsense and bull/ now if we continue to have a meet and greet for Father Tony, 1- they do not have to come since they already met him, or 2- they will come to show what good Catholics they are. She must stay up all night thinking of ways to make us look bad. I do not care who takes responsibility for this party! She had something to do with it. This is bull, This come together, come together crap is for the birds.

I guess the best way to sum "her" up would be an old maid who has nothing better to do with her time than to make trouble ! This is absolutely ridiculous. She is ridiculous. Sounds like she likes to be the center of attention and be the center of trouble to other people. I'm sure it wouldn't take much to "dig" up some things there, now would it ???????? Sounds like you know pretty much already. She's a eucharistic minister ? Wow !

You are talking about the 70ish one, right? She's the older and thinner one? Oh yeah, the BIG MOUTH! Ever hear that "cackle" of hers?
