Should marijuana be decriminalized in Georgia

Marijuana, Pot, weed, maryjane or whatever you wanna call it should be legallized NATIONWide

It shouldn't be legalized, but decriminalized. Everyone can have a drink or two or three, if they have a bad day at work, or to celebrate a game or wedding or something, but the poor people dieing of cancer, or nerve problems can't have the only thing that will allow them to eat, or stutters to talk. Many states are now ignoring the Fed's and "voting" it in, and even Obama has told the fed's to lighten up, it's only a matter of time before cancer victims in GA, are allowed.

As someone who has never smoked marijuana, and seeing how it affects people I know that smoke it, it should never be legalized. It retards peoples brains. All the people that want pot legalized are potheads whether they admit it or not. I think they should give pot users and dealers stiffer sentences just like the ones the meth people get. There is a documentary called "Pot City USA" that came on A&E a while back about a town in Northern California that legalized growing marijuana and now 10 years later the town is full of drug dealers growing pot for profit. The decision to legalize completely ruined the town the normal citizens don't feel safe and can never get their town back.

well i don't think it should be legalized because to many hands would be involved in controling the taste thc level and price. I think it should be decriminalized so we could posses it just like we posses other plants the good lord gave us to use.

Marijuana as it exists today is no where close to the marijuana that GOD gave us, it has been genetically engineered for years by humans.

We should be able to grow a plant or two for our own personal use without getting busted for a felony of MANUFACTURING! God put it here for our use. Why have laws to deny our God given right to it!!!!
