How do you know it was Bobby Lee? Could have been his car, but was he driving it? Oh, how we love to jump to conclusions.

I am a roachbugg I am the one that got run over by that car.I didnt know who that was driving so I am glad you all told me so I can sue for the medical bills.

I can't remember the last time he drove himself. I know for a fact he has 2 drivers, at least!! I really do believe if it had been him driving EVERYONE in the county would know. Half the county would have known about it before 911 could have even been called.

The incident is under investigation, it has not been decided who was at fault, however the lady admitted that the bike she was riding was faulty and had been hit by another car with her on it, before.

jokme,I am glad you posted. I know Mr. Cook is a lawyer, and they get a bad rap (until you need them). But I have talked with Mr. Cook and have had dealings for close to 25 years with him. I like the way he may live on a hill literally, but he doesn't live on a hill in his thoughts. He gets the problems and frustrations of folks who come to him and he gets fired-up at the injustices of his clients and takes them personal. That is why he is a great lawyer. He is obsessive when he takes on a case. It becomes personal to him and he will put in whatever time and effort it takes to right what he sees as a wrong for the client. Put his tenacity with his great mind, and you have a person who is pretty darn well worth knowing.

If I need an attorney, I will beg, borrow, or steal to get Bobby Lee Cook and his firm because any time I would ever hire an attorney would be for something that was of great importance that I could not afford to chance. I feel that Bobby Lee Cook would understand my urgency and the gravity of the matter and would see to it that it was handled with great skill and personal attention. If that cost extra, so be it.
When I read or hear derogatory comments about him, I feel they are because he has acquired a great education, influential connections, vast experience, and enviable wealth from his devotion to and love for his chosen profession. Perhaps there are many men and women could become AN attorney. It takes someone with something extra to become THE attorney that others are measured by. That is Bobby Lee Cook.
