Nicholas County Judge?

A fair and honorable judge without a reputation, maybe facts should be checked in Nicholas County. When it comes to evidence a robe can get you a long way, Summersville is based on "Its not who you know its who you blow."

[Yes i agree with you totally...A friend of mine her son was accused of molesting his daughter. She was a 15 year old that wanted to date a 23 year old and Dad said no and she said that she would get him out of the house . So she lied on him.The judge had no evidence against him but he was made to take a plea of a lesser count that landed him in jail for 10 years. So like you said it is not who you know but who you blow....

Everything you hear about Summersville's legal system, police department, medical and health departments, and businesses are absolutely true and cannot and will not ever be disputed. We are happy with our file and corrupt systems and we will not change because of someone outside the systems making degenerate comments.

Gary Johnson is a fair and ethical man. Maybe you should look elsewhere to trash people.

The entire legal and Justice system in Nicholas county is corupt! I am not saying this because i have been introuble before, but because it is the truth. I have seen far to much and Heard fartoo much. Nicholas County operates with the money...Dollar signs are what makes Nicholas County justice system go round....I reccomend Nicholas county be wiped off a map....

Apparently you don't know him or you need a favor, uh!

"Robo" is retired and Johnson is well respected inside and outside the county. The supreme court loves Gary and he heasd the court improvement board.

I'd love to see those pics of the judge. could you post it on utube or somewhere and then let us know. We'll see how clean cut he is then.

Robo is retired but ask any citizen of Nicholas County who they went to when they needed help. The good honest citizens loved him and the shit heads feared him. He did his job and did it well. We need more officers like he was.

Can't agree with you on this one. He ended up quitting because he was being sued for sexual harrassment along with another deputy who is still there. Ask anyone who works at the courthouse. I blame most of this on the current Sheriff who allowed it to continue. Robo, as you call him, is better off GONE

Is there anybody in office or running for office in Nicholas Country that actually is decent, law abiding or doesn't feel they are above the law?

As with all counties, we have our problems. No one is perfect. However, I know from experience that Judge Johnson actually cares about the citizens in our county and makes his choices based on the best interest of that party, especially when children are involved. He cares about children, education, self-esteem of others and wants people to succeed.

Well I'm actually from Nicholas Co. too. I'm from Richwood where the judge lives. I've always supported him. But, if he's going to support a convicted felon like Larry Tucker, there's no way, I'm voting for him. I also don't like the fact that he put Jarroll in as circuit clerk. He's starting to act like the old political machine of the 1980's. They wanted their people in office no matter if someone else was better qualified.

If you were considering two long time employees of an office for a job or a promotion and anyone who worked closely with these two people or who had frequent business associations with the office recommended one, even their long time superior, and not one person recommended the other for the job, wouldn't you hire the one with the recommendations? That's what the Judge did when he appointed Jarrell!!

Debbie Facemire is a respectable individual with the knowledge, experience and the determination to get the job done effectively and efficiently. She has worked hard and she deserves the chance at being the next Circuit Clerk in Nicholas County!!!!!!!!!!
What has Mr. Gary Jarroll done while he has be acting as Circuit Clerk? It has been noted on here that some employees in that particular office needs education on displaying professionalism while in the office. Also, they need to be reminded they are in a position of serving the publin!!!!

If you think June Gower recommended Gary Jarrell your nuts, Gary Jarrell was appointed because of his connections and also to support the Larry Tucker ring. You people will wake up one day!

Im glad he is gone we dont need bullys out there we need good outstanding people for the job.Whats going on with that law suit Im sure its not over.
