2 accidents within .1 of a mile on 76 East this morning near the Route 8 North onramp.....where the f**ck were the salt trucks or the beet juice?????

I'd like to know why Howard St isn't open yet. It was supposed to be opened by the end of October, but the barricades are still up. It looks done. Are they trying to keep it nice and new and not let anyone drive on it? It would have helped the congestion on N. Main St. yesterday. Bumper to bumper from Cuyahoga Falls all of the way into downtown. A ten minute drive took 1 hour!!
