I just don't understand what people are thinking these days. Someone cuts you off, just settle it with a gun. That just makes everything better doesn't it? Someones family and friends will now be grieving and you will be going to prison. Who won?

I sure hope this stemed for something more than just a chance encounter on the road. Heard there was an altercation at a bar before that may have led to this. Either way to many lives affected!!

Does it ever occur to any of you people that the families of the victims read these articles because it's pretty much the only way they are able to get information during an ongoing investigation? Keep your asinine comments to yourselves, and have a little compassion for those who grieve.

You are so right, "Does it ever", most of these so called quick wits couldn't blow their noses if brains were dynamite. My deepest sympathy to the family of the victim and my utmost contempt for the butthead shooter.

I'm not sure if it's true, but I heard that the shooter followed them to Eclipse, so it's possible they stopped and got out to keep from leading him all the way to Glenn's home. I don't know the others involved, but Glenn was a good man and they were unarmed. This is a senseless tragedy.

Wasn't able to watch the video before, but it just worked and it repeated what I had heard earlier. I hope the shooter has a big, hairy, sweaty boyfriend in prison.

What is so asinine in these statements. If you are worried about someone following you ,pull into a police station not a cemetery. The only people that really know what happened can't talk about it.There is probably no logical reason for this other than some dumba$$ with a gun and to much to drink!!!!!R.I.P Glenn

a gun gives you big balls. was it necessary to use deadly force? why didn't Kinney just drive away? if i were scared i would drive to a police station or call 911 but i wouldn't stop and invite trouble like Kinney did, it must have been the gun that made him feel like a God that he could kill someone over a traffic squable!

Everyone making these comments were not there when this tragedy occured. You never know what drives someone to the point of violence. I grew up with Kinney and he was one of the nicest people I knew and I would have never expected this from him. I certainly don't excuse his actions. All the families involved have my sympathy.

sounds more like a drug deal gone bad or a love triangle. Who were the 2 women in the car? why would bauwen and his friend approach another car. Bauwen address in the paper is not in eclipse so why was he there?

Bauwen's address in the paper is in Eclipse. He has lived here for years supporting the community. Maybe you should research a little more before you run your mouth. God bless him and Dennis! We all love you!

by the way...why not worry about what you have going on in Hampton, sorry for all? Doesn't seem like you're sorry for anyone but yourself for living in Hampton. I'm sorry for you too.

Has anyone thought of this of this? Not to long ago there was a business owner who shot and killed a man who was inside of his store during the night hours who was not a threat to him at the time and he got off of the charges of murder even with a BAC.

In this case this man also has killed a man and shot a man. They had all been at a bar and ALL involved were VERY DRUNK! Two men went up to this man's car window tried to open the door, were hitting the window and the car while yelling at him to get out of the car. The shooter called the police himself while staying at the scene because he felt as if his life was in danger and he did what he felt he needed to do. Regardless of the road rage moments before these two men had NO right to do what they did either! I say this being someone who also personally knows Glen. Now that being said....to me due to the type of work I do they were all wrong, one for driving drunk, two for acting like a nut while driving, three for pulling off of the road after following the person to talk trash beat his ass whatever, and lastly for this man shooting at them rather than just pulling off. Now that being said as well he may have pulled over because of the road rage this other man was in and was in fear of him running him off of the road or something who knows. Either way I believe the end result will be this......he was in fear of his life so he shot them defending himself and he will get off just as the store owner did a while back. However, I do believe that he will get a DUI out of it due to his BAC along with the wounded man due to his BAC!
Just something for all of you to think about!

this was a tragic loss for everyone who knew glenn.this was a hasty decision Chad made. no matter what happened on that Saturday night a gun should never been used. Now he will have to pay the consequences to such a awful decision. Glenn was a good man and his life was cut to short.
